Eligible Items: Only unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached are eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@alpenlederhosen.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any original shipping charges.

Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or item (subject to availability), please indicate this in your email requesting an RMA.
  • We will ship your exchange item within 30 days and a shipping fee of $30 will be applied
